We always send you a nearby barista team. The arrival / departure routes are therefore short and accommodation costs for multi-day events are completely eliminated in the region (up to 80 km) of our locations.
The SCA – Specialty Coffee Association is nonprofit organization that represents thousands of coffee professionals, from producers to baristas all over the world.
Our baristas receive a basic theoretical and practical training with a world-wide recognized certification.
We focus on serving the best specialty coffee at our coffee carts for your company event, conference, trade fair or marketing event and love creating unforgettable moments of superlative taste!

Our Coffee

One week prior to your event, our coffee is freshly roasted for you by a small partner roaster using the gentle traditional roasting process.

It is our aim to serve delicious coffee specialties to as many people as possible. Therefore, in addition to cow’s milk, we also prepare coffee beverages with oat or soy drink. It is particularly important to us that the selected drinks harmonize well with our coffee. This means we choose milk alternatives just as carefully as our conventional milk.
If you have a special request for vegan products, we will be happy to advise you individually!
Our Services
We offer coffee carts and coffee equipment for rent, as well as various barista courses and barista service. You can find more information under the menu item “Services”.
We offer our services from a service time of 2 hours or 100 drinks.
One barista prepares approximately 80 coffee drinks per hour. At an eight-hour event, you can count on around 640 coffee drinks per barista.
If there are periods at your event (e.g. breaks) during which the coffee bar is expected to be particularly busy, we recommend booking additional baristas so that each of your guests receives their coffee specialty on time.
Our experienced team will be happy to advise you individually!
The costs for renting our mobile coffee bar including barista comprise various components so that we cannot give you a flat rate per day, but we will always adapt to your needs for your event. Important components are, for example, the number of expected guests you want to serve with specialty coffee or the additional services that you may want to book. Only with this information we can submit a fair offer to you.
In our form for a free & non-binding offer we therefore kindly ask you to state the number of guests you are expecting so that we can give you a feedback on the costs as soon as possible.
If you wish to have finger food at your event, we will be happy to advise you! We cooperate with local providers and help you choose a selection of food for your event.

We have internationally experienced barista who have very good knowledge of the English language and some have even lived abroad!
Our Coffee Cart
All we need is a socket with a 230V connection!

We do not need a fixed water connection because our espresso machines are supplied with spring water via tank system!

Our espresso machines only require a power connection with 230V!
Since we only need a power connection for our barista service, it is also possible to set up our coffee cart outdoors.
Depending on the event location, our coffee cart will be set up or dismantled by us in a maximum of 1.5 hours.
